Most software problems aren't technical, they're scope problems. BaioByte exists because too many businesses have been burned by open-ended timelines and half-finished systems. We fix that by drafting the whole thing first.

Alexandria-based. Built for how the region actually works.

BaioByte is based in Alexandria, Egypt, close to the real estate market we build for, the retail floors, and the founders shipping business systems and apps. That proximity matters, it means the systems we build account for how business actually gets done here, bilingual interfaces, local payment realities, offline-first thinking where connectivity isn't guaranteed, not a template built for a market that doesn't look like this one.

At the same time, "local" isn't an excuse for "smaller." Every build follows the same engineering discipline you'd expect from an international studio: version control, real testing, real documentation, real support after launch.

Why "blueprint-first"

A blueprint is a technical drawing you agree to before construction starts, not after. We treat software the same way. Every project starts with a full spec, what gets built, in what order, for what cost, before a single line of code is written. You're not signing up for "we'll figure it out as we go."

That's also why every process step on this site is genuinely a step, not decoration. Discover, draft, build, test, launch, in that order, every time.

What We Won't Do PRINCIPLES

No Scope Creep by Default

Changes happen, but they're a conversation and a revised blueprint, not a silent slide in deadline.

No Black-Box Handoffs

You get the code, the docs, and an explanation of how it works, not a system only we can maintain.

No Padded Portfolios

If we haven't built it, it's not on this site. Check the Portfolio page, it's short on purpose.

No Disappearing After Launch

Support is part of the build, not an upsell you find out about later.
